  1. Be careful when cooking. You would be surprised how many daily calories are consumed while “snitching.” This can be dangerous. Watch out!
  1. Try to enjoy the progress you make along the way. Record every last little bit of weight lost on a chart. Then celebrate each small achievement by rewarding yourself with a non-food treat such as a trip to the mall to purchase smaller clothes!
